PERIFACT V12: Advance invoices for a smooth start!
With the introduction of PERIFACT V12, we are introducing a convenient new feature: advance invoices. Allows you to easily ask your customer for a deposit on a larger invoice, ideal for projects or phased deliveries.
Why use an advance invoice?
- Improved cash flow: Receive a portion of the payment in advance, which will help you cover your project costs and improve your cash flow.
- Clear agreements: Record the agreements made with your client, including the amount of the down payment and the deadline for payment.
- Simple billing: Create the final invoice later in no time, deducting the advance amount already paid.
How does it work?
Creating an advance invoice is easy:
- Create a new invoice as usual.
- Select the "Advance" option when adding invoice lines.
- Enter the amount of the deposit.
- Send the advance invoice to your client.
- After receiving the deposit, make the final invoice and settle the advance amount already paid.
Free update for all PERIFACT users
PERIFACT V12, including the advance billing function, is a free update for all PERIFACT users. Whether you are using the latest version or an older version (V11, V10, etc.), you can easily update to V12 and immediately take advantage of this convenient new functionality.
