PERIFACT: New features and improvements!
We are proud to present the latest updates to PERIFACT! With this release we add a number of useful features and improve the stability and performance of the software.
New:
- Client Locations: Now easily manage multiple locations per customer, ideal for accounts payable, warehouse management and more. Found in CONTACTS - NEW, OPTIONAL tab - LOCATIONS.
- Bulk email: Send an email to all your contacts with one click! Go to CONTACTS - OTHER ACTIONS.
- Customer Profile: PERIFACT now remembers whether a customer is a private person or company for the next time.
- Expanded invoice fields: Add additional information to your invoices with new fields.
- Export to Excel: Download dashboards, invoices and contact statements easily to Excel.
- Structured emails: Easily create and use email templates and signatures. Find them in SETTINGS - EMAIL TEMPLATES and SETTINGS - EMAIL HANDSIGNATURES.
- Customizable email signatures: Easily customize the email signature by vendor. Go to SETTINGS - EMAIL HANDSIGNATURES.
- Improved layouts: Layouts are now better supported for multiple companies.
- Pixel-perfect layouts: All layouts are now designed in millimeters, making them look the same on every computer.
- Quick business choice: When creating an invoice, PERIFACT remembers the last selected company and you can confirm with ENTER.
- Clear invoice line entry: Enter invoice lines now in a separate, clear screen.
- Easy logo management: The logo is now included in the library for easy editing by users of old PERIFACT layouts.
- Enhanced report builder: Save log proportions (stretch, shrink) in the library after adjustments in the report builder.
- Easy installation of PERIFACT-XL: Connect directly to an existing PERIFACT-XL installation from the start screen of the new installation.
- Invoice/quote filtering: Filter invoices and quotes based on a specific company in the associated screens.
