Of course, invoices can also be sent via email. Via a setting you can indicate whether a UBL invoice. When sending emails, you can choose from self-made templates, so you don't have to enter the same text every time. In addition, you can send the attachments you added when creating the invoice.
LAYOUTS - CUSTOMIZABLE
PERIFACT has many layouts built in by default, so you're good to choose for yourself! You can switch at any time (even when creating the invoice, you can temporarily choose a different layout). If a layout is not entirely to your liking, there is also a complete report builder. So you can set the layout completely to your own liking!
