HELP -Settings LAYOUTS<\/h1>\n

Within PERIFACT, you can customize the house style of your invoice. Via main menu SETTINGS - LAYOUTS. One of the steps is the screen below:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We are going to highlight a few points:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • USE ANOTHER LETTER TYPE: By itself, this is obvious. Note that there are also blocks in the so-called rich-text format. So where you can give the text thick, italic or a different font. Those do not participate.<\/li>\n
  • LINE SPACE: Create more space between each invoice\/quotation line\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • SHOW HEADING: On first page the default is OFF on last page ON. This is useful if the invoice includes multiple pages this allows (by default) the company name to be put at the top of the page.<\/li>\n
  • POSITION TOTALS: Each invoice or quote contains the final amount with any discounts, payment terms, etc. This can be placed immediately after the invoice lines ( option TOP ) or aligned at the bottom of the page ( option BELOW, is STANDARD )<\/li>\n
  • COLORS: Should there be any lines or areas on the invoice they can be changed in color with this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Of course, the built-in report builder can further customize the layout.<\/p>\n
