For several months now, Outlook may have 2 versions in circulation<\/strong> on the same computer. That is already strange, but that is a choice of Microsoft. Excel and Word you don't have 2 versions of those either, you update it and the old one disappears.... There is now a Outlook (Classic)<\/em> and a Outlook (New)<\/em> installed.\u00a0 Outlook (New)<\/em>\u00a0is incomplete<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you type \"Outlook\" into the search box at the bottom of the Windows taskbar, you will see both versions:<\/p>\n

Steps to remove \"Outlook (New)\" for full compatibility with PERIFACT:<\/h3>\n

  1. Open the Windows Start menu<\/strong>
    Make sure you have both Outlook (Classic)<\/em> as Outlook (New)<\/em> sees. This means that both versions of Outlook are currently on your computer, but Outlook (New)<\/em>\u00a0does not yet offer full functionality and therefore does not work with PERIFACT.<\/li>\n
  2. Uninstall Outlook (New)<\/strong>\n
