Gebruik je Outlook? Dan kan het zijn dat Outlook zijn eigen afzender gegevens gebruikt die in Outlook zijn ingevuld. Indien je de \"Manuele email verzend instellingen\" gebruikt dan wordt deze instelling wel toegepast. Bijvoorbeeld: <em>info@mooiefietsentekoop.nl<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Afzendernaam<\/strong>:\u00a0 Dit is de tekst die de ontvanger te zien krijgt.\u00a0 Bijvoorbeeld \"Tweewielers voor iedereen\"\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_image_0 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/PERIFACT-email-settings-v11.68.png\" width=\"2398\" height=\"1374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/PERIFACT-email-settings-v11.68.png 2398w, https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/PERIFACT-email-settings-v11.68-1280x733.png 1280w, https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/PERIFACT-email-settings-v11.68-980x562.png 980w, https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/PERIFACT-email-settings-v11.68-480x275.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 2398px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-230945\" alt=\"PERIFACT email settings v11.68\" title=\"PERIFACT email settings v11.68\" \/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Gebruik de bedrijfsgegevens\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Indien UIT: Dan worden de afzender email- en afzendernaam gegevens gebruikt die je hierboven in de afbeelding invoert.<\/li>\n<li>Indien AAN:\u00a0de <em>afzendernaam<\/em> en <em>afzenderemail<\/em> uit de bedrijfsgegevens gehaald worden die je bij menu INSTELLINGEN - BEDRIJFSGEGEVENS hebt gebruikt. <em>Dit is handig indien je meerdere bedrijven hebt ingevoerd<\/em>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\">Let op! Sommige email providers staan niet altijd toe om met een voor uw provider onbekende domainnaam iets te sturen. In die zin dat de naam niet hoort bij je email account. Bijvoorbeeld: als je afzender email <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">info@koninklijkhuis.nl<\/span> is dan zal dit niet lukken.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Stuur een eigen kopie bij verzending<\/h3>\n<p>Indien AAN dan wordt er een kopie email (lees: een BCC-kopie, dus je klant merkt hier niets van) via de email verstuurd naar het vermelde 'Afzender email' adres zoals in bovenstaande afbeelding.<\/p>\n<h3>UBL - ideaal voor grotere bedrijven<\/h3>\n<p>Verstuur UBL-facturen: Als deze optie is ingeschakeld, wordt er bij het versturen van een factuur (als PDF-bestand) automatisch een UBL-document (een XML-bestand) toegevoegd. Volgens de UBL-specificaties moet een UBL-bestand altijd samen met een PDF worden verstuurd.<\/p>\n<p>Een UBL-bestand is een gestandaardiseerd formaat dat vooral handig is voor de boekhouding van grotere bedrijven. Het maakt automatische verwerking van factuurgegevens mogelijk, wat tijd bespaart en fouten vermindert.<\/p>\n<h3>Toon Outlook bij verzending<\/h3>\n<p>Met deze instelling bepaal je of Outlook zichtbaar wordt geopend bij het verzenden van e-mails vanuit PERIFACT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingeschakeld (AAN)<\/strong>: Als deze optie is ingeschakeld, opent PERIFACT de Outlook-applicatie wanneer je een e-mail verstuurt. Dit geeft je de mogelijkheid om de e-mail nog aan te passen voordat deze wordt verzonden, bijvoorbeeld door de tekst te wijzigen, bijlagen toe te voegen of de ontvangers aan te passen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uitgeschakeld (UIT)<\/strong>: Als deze optie is uitgeschakeld, gebruikt PERIFACT Outlook op de achtergrond om de e-mail te verzenden, zonder dat het Outlook-venster wordt geopend. Dit proces is sneller, omdat je geen extra handelingen hoeft te verrichten in Outlook. De e-mail wordt direct verzonden met de ingestelde parameters.<\/p>\n<h2>Manuele verzend instellingen<\/h2>\n<p>Indien Outlook niet ge\u00efnstalleerd is op je PC of je wilt daar geen gebruik van maken dan kan je emails versturen via PERIFACT.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Raadpleeg je hosting-provider voor de goede SMTP instellingen. ( Of spiek in je email programma dat je gebruikt op je PC ). <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #0c71c3;\"><strong>Google gebruikers lees ook de alinea er onder!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>SMTP hostnaam<\/strong>: deze instellingen is van je email provider. Hier zou bijvoorbeeld: smtp.ziggo.nl kunnen staan. Je provider kan je vertellen welke SMTP instellingen je moet hebben. Als je UPC hebt zou het alweer heel anders kunnen zijn. In de meeste email programma's op je PC kan je deze instellingen ook nog terugvinden!\u00a0 <strong>Google gebruikers lees even de volgende alinea hieronder!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voorbeeld SMTP hostnamen van grote instellingen zijn: \"<em>smpt.ziggo.nl<\/em>\",\u00a0 \"<em>smtp.live.com<\/em>\" of \"<em>smtp.google.com\"<\/em>\u00a0 \u00a0 Kijk even bij jouw email provider wat jouw SMTP instellingen zijn!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gebruikersnaam<\/strong>:\u00a0 dit is het account wat je hebt gekregen van je provider. Meestal is dat je email-adres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wachtwoord<\/strong>: dit is het wachtwoord dat hoort bij je gebruikersnaam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poort<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poort 25 is normaal bedoeld voor verbindingen zonder SSL. Wordt bijna\u00a0<strong>niet meer gebruikt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Poort 465 of 587 wordt veelal gebruikt bij SSL (lees:veilige) verbindingen. Poort 465 of 587 zijn de meest gangbare poorten. De SSL optie zal je dan ook meestal moeten aanzetten ( zie hieronder). Raadpleeg je email\/hosting provider voor de correcte poort!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SSL<\/strong>: Dit staat tegenwoordig meestal AAN. Indien AAN dan heb je een beveiligde verbinding naar je hosting-provider.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_divider_0 et_pb_divider et_pb_space et_pb_divider_position_top et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"color: #535b7c; font-size: 35px; font-weight: bold;\">GOOGLE gebruikers<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Om emails te sturen via een Google account moeten er even wat zaken gecontroleerd en\/of ingesteld worden bij Google zelf. Google is een fijne email provider maar heeft diverse beveiligingen om misbruik te voorkomen. Neem de volgende stappen:<span style=\"color: #535b7c; font-size: 35px; font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Activeer in PERIFACT de MANUELE INSTELLINGEN:<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Vul als STMP hostnaam in:\u00a0 <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 18px;\">smtp.gmail.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Gebruikersnaam: <strong>... je Google email adres...<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Wachtwoord: <strong>... je Google wachtwoord...<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Poort : <strong>587<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Gebruik SSL: <strong>AAN<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voer de verdere acties uit zoals hieronder nog beschreven!<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_image_1 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Google-manuele-instellingen-1.png\" width=\"749\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Google-manuele-instellingen-1.png 749w, https:\/\/www.factuur-software.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Google-manuele-instellingen-1-480x185.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 749px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-18414\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>En nu komt iets belangrijks<\/strong>; je moet in Google \"Toegang door minder veilige apps\" AAN zetten, via deze link:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/lesssecureapps\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/lesssecureapps.\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PERIFACT ( en vele andere apps) zijn onbekend voor Google, Google kent alleen zijn eigen spullen, dus daarom moet je dit AAN zetten.
