Prices shown are excl. 21% VAT. For each variant, even a one-time one, there are all future updates free. Subscriptions can always be canceled immediately, and the rate remains the same for as long as your subscription runs. Refunds are not possible! If you want to be sure, try the demo version first.

Ordering & Payment
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Bancontact (for Belgium). Ordering takes place via a secure payment environment from our payment provider.
Is tax added on top of that?
Yes, the prices shown are excl. 21% VAT. At checkout, VAT is added. Entrepreneurs can simply deduct the VAT on their tax return—you'll automatically receive a clear invoice by email.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, always immediately cancelable. You do not pay long-term contract fees or cancellation fees. You can end your SA subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current period.
What do I get after payment?
Immediately after payment, you will receive via email a license code and the download link. Enter the license code PERIFACT via the main menu SETTINGS - LICENSE and the free version will be activated to the full version. Your invoices and customer data will remain in place.
Will my subscription price increase?
No. The rate you pay when you sign up remains the same as long as your subscription is active. Later price increases only apply to new customers, you will keep your rate.
What is the difference between SA and XL shares?
SA is for one PC, with a subscription (monthly or yearly). XL is for multiple PCs on your home network, with a one-time lifetime payment. Both have the same functionality. XL does not work for e.g. Amsterdam - Brussels, but only within your local (home) network.
Can I switch from SA to XL later?
Certainly. Contact us and we'll make the switch without any data loss. Your invoices, customers, and products will come with you.
Do I really get lifetime updates — even with the one-time XL purchase?
Yes. Whether you pay once or subscribe — all updates are always free. Large version updates too. Email support is also free.
