Personal data - AVG

Unlike many other invoice program providers, PERIFACT does not store anything online. All customer and invoice data is stored locally on your computer. This means that PERIFACT has no access to your data, not even via clever backdoors, because there simply aren't any. You are responsible for storing the data on your own computer and for accessing it. PERIFACT can also be password-protected if required.

The only data we have on you are the data you entered yourself when ordering PERIFACT. This data will NEVER be shared with other parties, even if the data is made anonymous. We have tried to make the website as secure as possible, such as secure encryption of data traffic, prevention of automatic login by so-called bots and shielding of countries to which we think it would be pointless to grant PERIFACT access. This prevents hacking from distant countries.

We and you will ensure that anyone who has access to said personal data will not share it with others and will keep it confidential. Unless we are required to do so by law.

Privacy is an important right; we are strong advocates of privacy ourselves. We will always do our best to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). We also take measures to protect your personal data.
