These data are never saved, not shared with third parties, and are only needed to facilitate the email sending process. We have no access to email content, recipients, or other sensitive data in your Google account.
What does this mean to you?
- Your data remains yours: We do not store any data from your emails, nor do we have access to their content. We fully respect your privacy.
- Secure shipping via Google: We use a secure link with Google to send your emails. This means that your emails are sent through Google's infrastructure, which guarantees reliable and secure transmission.
- Ease of use comes first: The Google link is there primarily to simplify configuration for you as an end user. This makes setting up e-mail in PERIFACT much easier.
Unlike many other invoice program providers, PERIFACT does not store any data online. All your customer and invoice data are stored locally on your own computer. As a result, PERIFACT does not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for storing and accessing the data on your computer. If desired, PERIFACT can be password-protected.
The only data we have from you is the data you provided yourself when ordering PERIFACT. This information will NEVER be shared with third parties, not even if the data is anonymized. We have made the website as secure as possible by encrypting data traffic and blocking automatic login attempts by bots.
We and you will ensure that anyone with access to the personal data will keep it confidential and not share it unless required by law.
Privacy is an important right; we are strong advocates of privacy ourselves. We will always do our best to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). We also take measures to protect your personal data.
