In PERIFACT, the administration of multiple addresses is possible. For example, consider a delivery address. When creating an invoice, the desired address can be selected in the invoice screen under the [Address Selection] tab.
Go to main menu CONTACT - CHANGE
By default, the screen will look like the one below. But more is possible. In the screen below, you will see a [Optional] tab at the top. There you can move on to the [Locations].
If you want more press the LOCATIONS - NEW button. A new window will open where location details can be entered.
The location overview screen will then refresh with the location just entered. Each location can be assigned a FUNCTION such as where should the invoice go, what is the delivery address....
Optionally, you can associate another contact with a location using the [Location contacts] tab.
Location contacts are not actively used at this time. Later versions of PERIFACT may be able to make more use of this.
You can assign a contact to a location by first selecting the desired location and then pressing the button Assign CONTACT PERSON - NEW. A contact can also be made responsible for 1 or more locations.
