What is a credit invoice / credit note?

How do you create a credit invoice?
Creating a new credit invoice is easy. Make sure you have the desired customer in view, select the invoice it is about. And in the invoice menu, press the [NEW CREDIT INVOICE] button.
Then you can print, email or create a PDF of the credit invoice like a normal invoice. Once you are done, the status in the invoice overview will change to credit invoice.
