When your customer clicks on the link the browser will open with a choice menu of the number of available banks and of course with the amount as mentioned on your invoice.
Optionally, a QR code can also appear on the printed invoice or PDF.
PERIFACT uses Mollie, one of Holland's largest payment providers. All you need to do is create an account at Mollie create and copy the so-called API key to PERIFACT.
Mollie has no monthly fees or start-up costs, only a small fee per transaction. The first transaction can often be performed the same day after signing up ( Source: Mollie ).
What is a QR code?
A QR code is a bar-code with all kinds of dashes and dots that can be printed on the invoice, both on paper and on the PDF. This bar-code can then easily be scanned with a smart-phone ( e.g. iPhone, SAMSUNG) via the camera function. This is fully automatic on your phone. You just need to point at the code and then follow the further instructions there!
PS: This also works for the demo version of PERIFACT!!!

On your right side are 2 API keys. The idea is to copy one of the 2 to PERIFACT. Do you want to free of charge try/test? Then press the 'Copy' button of the Test API Key. If you want to create real payment links copy the Live API key.
Step 2 - Test your account (required)

Step 3 - Further settings
You can now (temporarily) activate or deactivate the payment links at any time in step 3.

- Under menu SETTINGS - MOLLIE, see if STEP 3 "Yes, automatically create a payment link with invoices" is ON?
- Is the invoice amount higher than what is set in menu SETTINGS - MOLLY? By default this is set to 2 euros. So if you have an invoice of 1,95 euro then no payment link will be created.
- At STEP 3, turn "Show error messages coming from Mollie" ON
- Check on the Mollie website in your DASHBOARD that all the settings are correct. By checking the SETTINGS there, usually there is NO payment method selected as default yet. But also check that your passport/ID has been uploaded and that Molllie can fully work with it.
I don't see a QR code on my invoice

- Look at main menu SETTINGS - MOLLIE at STEP 3 "Show QR code with payment link" ON state?

- Do you use a invoice layout that includes a QR code? Especially old PERIFACT versions did not yet have a QR code in the layout. So if you have your own 'rebuilt' invoice layout, it is possible that the QR code is not (no longer) in there. You can easily try it by temporarily selecting a different layout via main menu SETTINGS - ADJUST HOME STYLE and then select for example 'Ocean'.
- Have you (temporarily) disabled the option that determines whether to show a QR code when creating an invoice, [Payment Link] tab. See image below:
