You can work with PERIFACT in a so-called multi-user environment. This means that several people can work on the same data simultaneously. Your license code for working with several people simultaneously on the data (read: database) must be correct. So if you want 3 workstations then you will also have to buy the license codes for them. In short: each workstation needs a license.
Sometimes it may be necessary to revoke a license for a workstation because, for example, that PC is no longer being used and/or you want to move the license to another PC. By pressing the [Revoke computer license] button, the selected computer will no longer count in the count. However, if you restart PERIFACT on the revoked workstation, it will again count in the license count.
Do not do this withdrawal for a specific workplace too often. Every withdrawal is counted. If you do this too often then a blockage will start to occur. A proper license will then be able to put everything back in order.
