Business or individual?
With this, except for your own administration, you make it clear what kind of contact it is. But this also determines the presentation of the invoice. If you choose COMPANY then by default the invoice lines will be shown excluding VAT. If you choose PARTICULAR the invoice lines will be shown including VAT. Of course you can still deviate from this when creating the invoice or already at the check mark in this screen 'List invoice lines incl. VAT‘
Address lookup
If you know the zip code, everything is very easy. You enter it and PERIFACT automatically retrieves the address data.
Delivery address
The delivery address is used for packing slips.
You can enter 1 or more email addresses.
